This was the worst gun possible for keeping variety in the crucible.
Even now the GL meta is pretty much over. Why bring back an obvious meta gun. Unless they make it worse. Like a lot worse.

I think having submachine guns around will prevent The Last Word from getting out of hand, since they're pretty nasty as-is. Plus shotguns exist, so it would still give users a challenge.
