[BUG?] Powerful Gear Reward NOT Power Scaling
On my Titan, my maximum Power is 509.
I literally just finished the EDZ Flashpoint and claimed my Powerful Reward from Devrim.
[i][b]BUT[/b][/i] I was using gear that had my Power level at 494.
Upon receiving the Powerful Reward, it did not scale to my highest possible power. Instead I received a 500 Power Item.
And before anyone asks. YES, all the gear that would make me 509 was in my inventory with me at the time and still is.

As far as I know powerful gear has a CHANCE to drop higher than the soft cap of 500 but its no longer guaranteed but everything in game has that same chance now its just the powerful gear has a higher chance, its also the reason why there is now daily challenges and a mini reset at the weekend to give more chances at powerful gear. In a nut shell its not a bug its the new grind system.
