It's an exotic, it's supposed to be awesome. Just shoot them in the face with Suros Regime with the wind-up perk on. High caliber rounds throw off their aim and wind-up makes it worse the longer you shoot them in the face. I'm no expert but it only took me a few minutes in QP to figure this out
