it's stupid. use the find a fireteam option in the upper left part of the screen. Did 2 of my 3 blue nightfall requirements in like 45 minutes.

Yeah I have.. and every single one I had tried to join either they kicked with no explanation or didnt respond after 20 minutes just, idling? It needs to allow for random.
