Im taking a shot in the dark and guessing they have BT internet. If not, this may still work, but let me know. The fix is to open the Edge browser app on your Xbox and try to browse to any website. Instead of the website, the first screen will be the BT Internet sign in screen. Sign in to this screen and complete the set-up. Once this is done just exit Edge and launch Destiny
