Hmm, show me in the last 3+ years where gamers asked the lore to be removed?
Edit: When you can show me that the majority of the player base asked for that knowing how popular it was and how gamers use to flood this forum about the lore. Then you might have something to talk about. This is no different than Bungie introducing Ghorn then remove it to use it as a carrot for a couple time in D1 knowing how popular it was. Funny how all this is taking place just in time for forsaken right? Wouldn't want to miss that carrot. The cheap moves this company has been pulling this last year is absurd no matter how you "try" to justify it, especially knowing they could have added this in the game a while back with a few other things they are using as a carrot in hopes to get gamers to buy forsaken. Hmm, do you think this reskinned game will bring Ghorm back? Nah, Bungie would never do that.
Oh, and what did Bungie say before D2 released, something along the lines that they thought there was too much cough "story" in D2. Right...
Edit: I wonder how many actual Bungie employees bumped this post lol.

You seem to be on this life quest to constantly spread hate on these forums. It is unreasonable and ignorant to sit here and tell everyone that Bungie is removing things from the game just to screw people over for more money. You have no idea what their schedule or contract is like from Activision. When deadlines are short things get prioritized and things get cut. Get over it and move on to something more positive in your life. This vendetta is not healthy for you man...

And if I recall, you didn’t need to own any of the DLC to be able to grab yourself a G-Horn. The only expansion that didn’t include an infusable G-Horn is the Taken King, and that’s most likely because Bungie felt that it divided the community between those who had it, and those who didn’t.

Do you not know what paywalls are? because if you didn't buy the next expansion, you didn't get it, you were stuck with the Ghorn that was selfish of Bungie to cap it at 170 that didn't do diddly-squat for the PvE. But hey, it worked just fine for PvP. How thoughtful of Bungie... Bungie hype the hell out of it each time it was brought back. Can you imagine how big of a carrot Thorn would be If was brought back? PvP gamers would c**** in their pants. Knowing Bungie lost 78% of their player base in the first 2 months D2 released and they are nowhere near the 3+ million gamers that stuck around in D1 Y1. In fact, there were many things this company used as a carrot knowing they never needed to remove any of it in the first place.
