What do you mean “before the catalyst was there”? Please explain.

He finished the quest but doenst have the catalyst.

Is it not on his weapon, in inventory, or at postmaster? Did he turn in pursuit & fully finish everything with ana?

Same just happened to me. Completed 5/5, went to the cabinet, and then to Ana. The gun was there. I grabbed it and poof,...its gone! Nowhere to be found. Inventory, potst office, nowhere. The pursuit is gone too. HELP!
