I get where you're coming from, but don't put this on the players. Put this on Bungie for setting up a system that encourages this behavior. Same thing for heavy in PvP, same thing for quitting matches, same thing for control points, cheating, and on and on. There is no incentive to behave in any particular way in a lot of Destiny scenarios outside of your own predetermined beliefs. Some people want to be a team player, stick together, get it done methodically and with a great deal of likelihood of success. Other people don't give a shit, it's a game and it doesn't really matter.
