Absolutely agree the only shoulders you can use in D2 are the ones from sloane on titan

Yes, I have to agree that the titan shoulders from Sloane are one of the most tolerable (Lost Pacific I think). But I have started using the Hardy's armor set. (the one's that drop LL 10/15 from Eververse. No I didn't buy them, got them from random engram drops). The shoulders are not too large. I also like the boots and helmet. Chest is ugly IMO and I don't like the "loincloth" marks in general.
