You may want to log into your account at [url=http://www.xbox.com]xbox.com[/url] and be sure that your profile and account information are up to date. If that doesn't you might work contact XBox support for further guidance.

I'm having trouble with this issue as well, and xbox.com sees to not be working correctly. Can i get some more help on this topic?

It looks like [url=https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status]Xbox Live is currently having issues[/url], which is why you might be, too.

Just found this thread. I’ve tried clearing the cache, all the above you listed. It still doesn’t work for me however. Any other ideas?

You may want to try the following: - Clear your browser's cookies and cache and try again - Open an incognito private window and try again - Use another browser and try again You'll have to keep trying until it authenticates.

I found a way that I was able to get around the problem. I linked my Battle.net to my Microsoft account, and when signed in to my Battle.net, a was able to switch to my Xbox account from the settings.
