Drivers?How heavily loaded is the system?How much memory is used ?What about the hard drive space?And the video memory?

drivers up to date .. system is not that heavy loaded like no bloatware whatsoever ... always almost 1.5 GB of RAM free while on Destiny 2 ... hard drive space is yes almost full but i still got 10 GB free space on each partition i use ... video memory ? its dedicated 4 GB for crying out loud lol what more i can get or do to get 30 FPS </3

Without ideas.I have after the upgrade too, the fps fell down but I helped cleaning the system.

i am willing to reset my windows 10 to a clean install just if it will help .. but i know it wont sadly -_- sighs

Well, that should help.You can still try to boot from the nearest recovery point.If you have one.
