Yep, the well known Kotaku article suggests a Mars Raid was cut from D1.

No, I think you are right. That Mars raid, built c2014, will probably be the first paid DLC after season pass expiration. Probably a $40/£40 job. And i do mean they will not adjust price for UK - they've done that before too! So shady.
