FWC is last because they've been getting robbed of tokens all week long. Another user brought it to my attention that FWC only gets 5 tokens for completing the heroic version of the public event on mercury while New Monarchy and Dead Orbit get 7 tokens.
I tested it out and its true.

...and while your at it, fix the mercury public event. If you dont let the gatelord boss get his second shield phase you dont get credit for the heroic event.

This isnt just a one off either, happens every time. My characters that are pledged to New Monarchy and Dead Orbit always get 7 tokens for completing the heroic mercury public event. This call into question the integrity of the faction rally. In my opinion, NM and DO should be disqualified for cheating!!!

Damn! Crazy! Do they all same ghosts with additional faction rewards?

The ghost i was using in that video awards additional faction tokens. Thats the reason i recieved 4 mercury tokens but those ghosts only affect planetary, vanguard and crucible tokens. None of the ghosts in the game have any affect on faction rally tokens.

I neglected to take any screenshots or video but you can test this out yourself today if you have a guardian pledged to FWC.
