Exotic random effects

So I read the Weekly update and was especially intrigued about the "modifying exotics" part. I thought about how to make them more interesting and came up with rare random effects. The idea behind it is to implement a special very powerful effect that an exotic piece (weapon or armor) activates when certain criteria are met. For example the ACD/0 Feedbackfence would function normal until there are more than 5 enemies within melee range and produce a huge blast upon activation that is powerful enough to kill e.g. thralls completely and leaves e.g. knights with like 1/4th of health and is visually impressive. As for weapons have maybe the fighting lion have a clusterbomb grenade upon activating the exotic perk twice in a row so you feel like it got that certain oomph behind it. Effects like that make for interesting moments while playing and really make certain exotics more Interesting.
