Death From Above was the most fun moment in all of D1 for me. Wear a boss down...climb to the highest mountain you can...dive from the sky like a flaming bald eagle bent on mass destruction...laugh...dance...get your loot.
Or...run to opponents heavy arrival in crucible, float out fin around a corner, see them all slowly turn towards you...descend...violently. Laugh. Dance. Grab heavy.

Vault of Glass. Fighting Templar. Two sniping up top because lower level/first time. Templar almost dead. It's at one of the corners near the back. "I want to kill him." Guy holds off to put a few shots in, wants to land the killing blow, climbs up some of the rocks on the side for more hight, jumps into the air about 45 degrees from platform edge, and dive bombs down to the Templar. Damage phase ended just before he turned to jump. He didn't know. We weren't standing on rings. Templar teleports. You will be remembered, superman.
