As the others have said, you are a tad late bud.
I got into his crypt over 3 weeks ago. I can even link my DVR to the screenshot taken 27 days ago. Or a friend who found the hole in the wall a week after release.
Not trolling, just letting you know there is hard evifence with time stamps on this being known.
In regards to S14, the Vex literally ripped his light out, making an eternal tomb as a memorial. He has just as much chance of revival as the guardian we found in fromt of the hive gate on the moon in D1...

I've already been in the tomb. The missions following however allow for a shot into the tomb permanently. That's the takeaway. The tomb isn't open for everyone in the future after it's unlocked. But they do allow for a perfect keyhole to see him if you want to go back and see into the tomb.

It didn't just arrive. It's a nod/teaser I just noticed, made a post about how interesting that is, and you are definitely a millennial if you think that is me proclaiming it just showed up.
