Can they offer real money transactions? Then that’s a firm no.
Also what free weapons came with CoO? The DLC cost money. The dawning was free, unless you wanted to get the gear from it.

But yeah. I think the vendors should let you grab the stuff you have already earned. All the factions, vanguard, vanguard research, crucible, planetary armour, raid sets, eververse. It mounts up quickly.

Once you forge them they drop from mercury packages.

They definitely drop. None of them are really worth keeping though. I don’t know about the ghost either so make sure to lock that.
