I am an optimist.
In 2020 I will buy all this content for 1/3 of the original price and probably play a good game.
Untill then - Screw you guys - Im going to The Division.

No, I am optimistic for D2. The TWAB is great it gives exactly the info I needed. Now I know what to do instead of just waiting here in the forum. D2 will become a great game after Bingo sells all the content that is missing from D1 to the sheep that will buy it day 1 or preorder. Destiny 2 is not going anywere it will be here after a year or two and all the old content will be cheap or free, and thats when I'm going to start playing again. Untill then there are so many things to look forward to - 23 January The Division global event - new classified gear and masks. 28 February - Meal Gear Survive, god knows how much time I will play this game. I just bought Escape from Tarkov and found an awesome clan to play with. Anthem is coming out. So much good games - why wait for Bingo to give me less damage while super is activated? In two years D2 will be a great game - it will be cheap af and then I'll get it and play it ... I'll save a lot of money, I will spare me all the frustration and bs, and I will play the same content you will be tired of by then .... win - win. Thank you Bingo for this TWAB now I know what to do and what to look forward to ...

All of that predicates on the things you looking forward to either A being good, or B personally satisfying. If you want to call yourself an optimist in a broad sense, I suppose you are, but you are being pessimistic about the current state of D2. We as a community that loves the Destiny franchise need to rally positively now that Bungie has given us real, tangible information about where the game is headed for once. If we do and enough of us do it, Bungie might just start to treat us in confidence again. Instead of silence, and throwing things out into the wind without much fanfare or applause.
