In order to get Sagira & emblem, you need to complete all 10 verses + the “another verse” quest for shotty. Also, check the forge board on wall to see if any symbols still need to be lit. If so, check with Vance after weekly reset to see if he offers any remaining verse(s) you need.

Hey dcbaseball, thanks for the fast reply. I completed those 10. and the quest "another verse" Where you find saint-14 dead. But after those i still had 3 verse's to choose from. https://imgur.com/a/W4EWA Here you can see 10 items lit up on my wall.
