So what is it then? They don't have special armor or boots. Maybe lag?

Edited by TouFace: 1/7/2018 10:33:57 PMMobility only affects jump height and strafe speed/walking speed. There are a lot of reasons that someone could be running faster than you. The number one reason is probably that they are using a weapon with the "Lightweight" perk. There are a number of "Lightweight" weapons across all 3 weapon slots. (Kinetic, energy and even Power, like the Quick Fang for hunters.)
