Hi Bowler. From the group/clan homepage, you should see the option 'Admin Tools' next to 'Members'. If you take a look at the left-hand side of your admin tools page, you should see some headers for additional options (About, Pending Members, Members, Blocked Members, and Settings). If you choose Members, your roster should pop up with the options to either Promote, Kick, or Ban. Banned Members will then appear in the 'Blocked Members' section of the admin tools.
