Bungivision just take everything good from D1 and put it in D2 why this was not at launch IDK. I do not want this game to die but at the same time I can't find a reason to log on. Things I miss from D1 1. Eververse 2. Reef/Prison of elders 3. Awesome Raid loot actually droping after the encounters/bosses. 4. The ornament system 5. Snipers, god I miss using Snipers. I know they are in D2 just not the same. 6. The moon, if I see the moon in D2 as a future dlc I will have to say bye bungie Activision I left you behind once black ops II came out. 7. Mars, also why the hell do I have to pay for Mars in D2 thats BS better not suck like CoO. 8. Getting loot from activites not dumb bright engrams it used to be "aww you got that ship from the raid! Awesome!" Now its like "how many slot machine pulls did it take you to get that ship." 9. Weapons with random perks and perks that you could only unlock by using the weapon. In D1 you did not have all the perks unlocked once the weapon droped/decrypted you actually had to use the weapon to unlock the perks. 10. Sparrow racing. Why you never brought this back is beyond me. 11. Bounties 12. Grmiore. For god sake put the lore in the damn game I know it is technically in the game now but come on make a menu that I can pulll up and read all the lore that ive unlocked. Also the lore that came with that collectors edition for D2 talking about Calus and the rise of Gauhl beautiful why the hell was that only in the collectors edition, stupid move bungivision. That thing you had on your website bungie with all the lore cards you should have taken that and moved it in the game to be accessed anytime. 13. Dead ghost god these were fun to find 14. Quest like the one for Black Spindle and Touch of Malice. Oh and the psion capes for the hunters that you could get from that one strike D1 players you know what im talking about. 15. Old Strike system. 16. The economy in D1 17. D1 exotics, I honestly believe they all should have went over to D2 AT ONCE NOT IN SEPERATE DLCs. 18. How resources were used in D1 they are pretty pointless in D2 right now. 19. Loot Diversity! You literally have tons of ships and armor that are the same frame just with different cosmetics. Well you don't have tons of armor but look at philomath set and New Monarchy set for the warlock and you will see it. 20. Old shader system and Shia Labeouf emote. Sigh, sometimes I feel like they just should have ported D1 to the pc and built ontop of that instead of giving us D2. Side notes 1. Get common sense. 2. Fix lfg. 3. Stop being greedy.
