Enjoyable read Benja. Agree with much of your assessment. Very pleasant change in topic.
A comment on clans : agree clan management tools are much better. Tiered permission tools for Admins is simple and intuitive for example. My clan finds Bungie clan chat and meet up tools lacking. We have opted to use Discord instead. This streamlines the process, is much easier to use, bots make the platform feature rich. And it allows us to stick together and play other game, or co-ord in game hijinx like Machinima, hide and seek, sparrow races, lore picnics and map exploration. Suggest Bungie take a look at Discord to get ideas for updates to Companion app.
Thankyou

Edited by BenjaFriend: 1/3/2018 3:51:50 AMI agree with the chat on clans, but I also think that people will use services like Discord anyway (especially on PC) and that is probably part of the reason that their chat platform is lacking. I think that they expected people to use those things, so they didn't want to put resources into making their own when it wasn't necessary. - BenjaFriend <3

Good point Benja. Still, using a third party clan app helps ensure we are not tied to D2 and develop an independent identity. Fortnighte is is getting a good run atm . Thx to D2 for bring us together and Discord for providing a means to stay together plying D2 as well as other games as a clan. All the best and thx for your reply. gallp
