Maybe it glitched? Check with Ikora, she has the shell for 100 shards once you earn it.

I went back and forged it and it gave me the shotgun, emblem, and ghost shell. Idk why it didn't drop for you. You should make a post/check out the help section cause I don't honestly know.

thank you, at last someone understand. in your case, u get Shotgun, Emblem and Sagira at the same time? if yes, i have those two but not the shell.

You don't get them at the same time. I received the Shotgun and still had 3 or 4 verses to complete before I received the Ghost.

It depends on the order you get the prophecies in... I got my St.14 one on week two and finished it. But had two more verses this week before the shell dropped. To check, look at the wall by the forge. Are all symbols lit? If not, you still have verses to do...
