I cannot launch the Destiny 2 as it crashes right away, I have had the issue and nothing on the forum has helped. So what does on do when FAQs, forums, articles don't help? None of the support articles have worked, and the forum system never works as it is community based(people need to see the comment to help you out, and this type of system will never fully works.) I have had a post out for my issue for 3 days now and still no response. You should add a ticket system like other major companies have. BTW, a ticket support system is not new technology..... Destiny 2 that is not working, and for customer service I am being redirected by company partners, Blizzard is telling me to go to bungie who then says go to activision who then says contact blizzard. Get your heads out of your asses and get a proper customer service system going...
