Destiny visuals and level design I think are better, but then Bungies got more money to develop these.
But, I agree that warframes set up, UI, and mature game world is better.

Now they're literal anime laser spewing twelve year old children playing an elaborate psychic VR video game. Warframes are just remote control drones.
