To be honest, neither Mobility or Resilience do much (the difference between 4 Resilience vs 10 resilience means you can take one more Thrall hit... But the same amount of MIDA shots).
Recovery is the only stat with any real noticeable effect. Hell, my Titan has 7 Recovery and it feels much slower than my 10 Recovery Warlock.

Sometimes, I need to equip my "mobility" gear, to reach the odd region chest I missed because I simply can not jump high enough / find a stepping stone close enough. That's about it.
