The status quo is not that this game sucks, Crucible is a joke, snipers need to be available as secondaries, Luke Smith needs to be fired and everything about Destiny is the most awful thing to happen to mankind.
8M people own this game. A few hundred loudmouthed, petulant, entitled whiners on a handful of forums and social media sites that spend their days inventing reasons to complain about a game they don’t even play does not the status quo make.
Everyone, everywhere, understands that the dissatisfied voice is exponentially louder than the satisfied.
So you ought not to get it twisted.
To answer your questions, no, I do not regard myself as a cockroach. Although I’d imagine I am a thorn in the side of those that make obnoxious, false, redundant, ignorant, and yes, petulant and entitled arguments about this game for the sake of being brats when they could just as easily move on to something they enjoy. Don’t get me wrong, I understand this is a venue to express dissatisfaction and I understand people that enjoy the franchise have a right to speak their minds. What I don’t accept is the stuff I just rattled off. So yes, I may be a ‘pest’ to this select group of few that have made it a mission to negatively impact this community out of spite.
And secondly, I am, indeed, happy with who I am. My life is pretty awesome and has been for as long as I can remember.
