Played a few hours yesterday and used a 3oC, heroic strikes, PE’s and crucible had 1 exotic engram drop. Today played for around the same length of time, no 3oC and no exotic engram drop. Public events just drop rare loot now? I haven’t seen any legendary or exotic drops for me or others for that matter.
