"Powerful gear"
So, correct me if I'm wrong but isn't "powerful gear" supposed to give you rewards above (or closer to?) your PL? Was doing some milestones on one of my "secondary" characters for the Luminous Engram rewards. It has 332 PL but was getting 322 PL stuff like legendary engrams give.

You can only earn powerful gear once per class per milestone each week. You have 3 warlocks, so you won’t get 3 pieces of powerful gear from the flashpoint (for example). You will get it for 1, then the other 2 will just get a legendary reward at legendary reward power (-5 of base power level).
