"Powerful gear"
So, correct me if I'm wrong but isn't "powerful gear" supposed to give you rewards above (or closer to?) your PL? Was doing some milestones on one of my "secondary" characters for the Luminous Engram rewards. It has 332 PL but was getting 322 PL stuff like legendary engrams give.

Powerful gear from milestones is earned once per week, per milestone, per character class. So in your case it looks like you have three Warlocks so you’d only be able to get powerful gear on the first Warlock. Subsequent milestones completed on your other two Warlocks will simply grant you regular legendary engrams.
