Honestly, I enjoy them about the same. Destiny has better gunplay, weapons, levels and lore. Warframe has better classes, rewards, a friendlier community and just does a better job of making you feel like a badass while playing. That being said, one is published by Activision and the other is free. I'll go with the one that isn't intent on tryna milk every last cent outta my wallet.
