I did mean size but now that you mention it I would like to know who's more powerful, personally I think this whole mini series is a great idea so don't listen to the toxic people :)

Atheon would win in the Vault, easily. If the Vex were able to bring things outside of the Vault, then Atheon would win indefinitely. We don't know the extent of Calus's power, for all we know the Shadow Realm could be an illusion generated by the Councilors. Crota is the only being that could stand up to Atheon in the Vault, but Atheon would still probably win since the Vex made him OP af.
