Blink for Voidwalker and Burst Glide strafing for the rest of the Warlock classes.
I would say Titans are the slowest ever since titan skating was gutted.

Don’t mention Dunemarchers....pale shadow of its former glory.

but the lion rampant tho. It's actually decent to use it and be agressive in Crucible. Just get to max height, and then float around the corner. The person there will not be looking above their heads, and you can drop down from above.
