Truth be told, I’m just not a big warframe player. When I started the only way You could explore was through missions that didn’t leave any real room.
And the fact that most of the physical cosmetic items were behind monthly subscription fees turned me away.
I might retry it someday, but that won’t be anytime soon :/

Well, that's not possible. Cosmetics in Warframe have always been bought, not rented.

Yeah I found that out now. I re downloaded warframe and that is the case. But I can’t remember if it truly was a monthly fee to get what I wanted

Monthly sub fees? How long ago was this? Ive been playing for 5 years and never seen seen a monthly sub fees

I think it was back in 2015 I believe? All I remember seeing was a monthly fee to get credits for cosmetic items. I’m not sure if I’m wrong or it’s gone but I would like to have my character actually have armor instead of looking like someone from a steam bath

Nope. That never happened as far as im aware. There was Prime accessories but that was never a sub fee and only offered like 3 cosmetics
