I'm not saying Cozmo is doing a good job, because he isn't
but lets throw up a situation.
Cozmo goes and tells them we want a better loot system.
the people in charge of that tell him sorry but no.
did Cozmo fail us? well, not really. he delivered what we wanted, but bungie failed us.

Cosmos job is to interact with the community. How's that going so far? Has he communicated what we feel is wrong with D2? I sure don't know. Is the Live team going to be allowed to address the problems the community is finding? I don't know that either. Who is actually to blame for the sad state of D2 today? Right now. Luke Smith? Someone else? Why have they not been let go yet?

As far as I can tell. They put out a list of things that players have demanded a few weeks ago (better strike rewards, raid rewards, etc) I can only assume that came from Cozmo. (Although anyone could have put that list together if they spent a few min on the forums)
