Lol, I just asked the person above the same question... You still have to pass the MR tests on your own. You can't buy that!! You can buy everything in the game and still be stuck at MR8 (foreva 8) like me.

lol yeah, but I'm saying that calling a game "pay-to-win" implies that players who spend money get some kind of advantage over others. It's hard to have that in a non PvP-centric environment.
