I have to guess she died, cause Saladin's text during Iron Banner said "last living Iron Lord."
I haven't found a damn thing that mentions Efrideet in the slightest.

But there is a damn thing about your Guardian being an Iron Lord if you have the veteran dialogue, yet he doesn't acknowledge that either. Remember that Efrideet was staying in a place with Guardians who wanted to distance themselves from warfare as well, but again, it is as though she doesn't even exist anymore.
