  • Aye aye, lost another one M8. Esp with the "soft cap level" for refunds, being level 5 I think? Which takes less than 2 hours of game time?

  • It was level 7, but yes, I digress. BUNGIE'S terms and conditions, not Blizzards, state that any level of 7 or higher deems adequate time into the game to deny a refund. This Ghost guy does not get it. I have talked with Blizzard twice, despite them being the retailer, since Bungie has the terms and conditions, their rules apply, not Blizzards, who is the publisher in this case. Took me less than 5 hours to pass level 7, with most of that being cutscenes. But oh no, Bungie cannot be bothered. At least Blizzard support talked to me twice. They were a nice bunch.

    Go back and claim an accidental purchase on your card. Idk if its the same for you, but this is all I need to say for microsoft to take my returns Did it for Fortnite, I said i wanted to refund it because I didn't like the game, they said that because I played for more than two hours I couldn't. I hung up, called back, got another agent and made a huge stink about somebody in my house using my card without permission. They gave me a full refund.
