You must be insane this game is certainly for casuals. I had 3 305s and every exotic weapon and most exotic armor after 5 weeks. That’s ridiculous. I beat the prestige raid got my crappy emblem and ornament and now the game is dead for me. This game caters to those who lack the effort to complete real end game content so they just give it all away. Heck you can get every raid item without even raiding through the clan system.

Edited by CobraMate: 10/26/2017 5:10:29 PMDepends on how long u play a day but is it only me who thinks 5 weeks is kinda long? You can do a lot in 5 weeks in a single game especially. (A lot as in complete the game) This realization comes from a comparison to what you can do in 5 weeks in other games. You can platinum games, maybe more than one game, in 5 weeks. Either the game has too little content or the person plays a lot and/or its be a combination of the two If i play only pve in gta5, eso, killing floor 2, metal gear solid, or any game every day for 5 weeks ill be maxed out. And then that varies on hours per day and gaming IQ. My question is how long were you, at least, expecting to reach max everything on d2?

It's not made for Casuals Token system is not even Casual friendly Casual players can't grind enough to progress quickly. It's also not made for 40+ hour a week players which is likely where you fall in.
Heck you can get every raid item without even raiding through the clan system.
This is the only part of your post I agree with. I'm in a clan and I'm getting these rewards despite not doing these activities and it feel cheap.

Why does it feel cheap? You contribute to the clan by being in it. You get a reward for it. I personally think the clan system is great, and for once, encourages people to find and play together regularly, rather than kicking them to the curb and telling them to 'find friends' (which is the ultimate cop out of any cop out from a game company). This time, not only is the clan system available, but you have an app directly from bungie for matchmaking. Anyway, I happen to think the clan system is just fine. I also agree that people who are bored would have run the content on any game that exists with progression. Having low percentage drops so you can amphetamine play 15 hours a day for the rest of your entire life is not a game that should be made. Remember D1 at launch? The fall on its face disaster that was with 7 hours of content done inside of one week by anyone who played at all?

How many hours did it take you?
