REMINDER: Bungie has yet to respond or fix the problem with AMD Phenom users not being able to play.

It's been 20 hours now, with no communication from bungie, and AMD Phenom users left in the dust, myself included. A great deal of people are issuing refunds now, and the only other option to play is to upgrade your computer, which will be costly for many people since you will have to most likely upgrade your motherboard too, so approximately a 300€ process.

Hello, This quote below comes directly from the know issues thread posted at the top of a he #Help Forums. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/236455208/0/0
PLEASE NOTE: We’ve seen a number of reports of crashes on CPUs that fall below our stated minimum specs (E.G. AMD Phenom II series). We are investigating the issue and will attempt to fix the crash, but these CPUs are below minimum spec and are not officially supported.
Below I have also attached the requirements released by Bungie to play. https://www.bungie.net/Mobi/en/About/Article?id=46405 If this does not include you, reporting your issue on the Help forum was the correct thing to do.
