I feel people forgot how D1 was a huge disappointment too. No story, crucible meta which made weapons, perks and gear to either be changed or nerfed, having to re-level and get exotics back, Crota dlc did a little bit right but it was a disappointment too (let’s not forget necrocasm being trash), Then there’s HoW PoE (I’m pretty sure we all thought it was a horde mode) was a disappointment, removal of exotics. Now I do agree with raid weapons and armor not offering anything (perk wise) to the raid, but its only been a month. Let’s just see if things get better come the 1st dlc. I feel about the game as I did in vanilla D1, this is just the beginning.

Yes its beginning but of the end my friend , if you like the game im glad for you but ppl ( inc me) do not like the game its just not fun ,very simple. Its not new concept and taking features which should be in game in first place its not very smart to name a few : Possibility to delete loot from postmaster or valut directly , bigger valut ( wa have been BEGGING Bungie for years) no game modes to choose from in both PvP and PvE ... I could go on and ON with that but its have been already written hundreds of time here and YT and Reddit Personally i will not buy any upcoming DLC for D2 im done , my patience is finish for that game . I do like it but I do criticize it for said reasons but when people saying D1 was better. I’m like it was great when the taken king came out. I was just pointing out that the first year of D1 was a mess and I want people to at least see if they have more in store when this second season come around. D1 got better down the line so let’s see if D2 will do the same (a lot quicker), if not then that’s that.

That what I'm trying to say ,that D1(y1) could be bad but coming to D2 (with all 3years of experience) it's very disappointing to see game delivered in such poor state . They knew EXACTLY what not to do but they done it anyway. Yes we have quite good story and cinematic -i enjoyed it I even accepted that story will be short but we will have plenty meaningful activities to do afterwards but even the light lvl is irrelevant :/ (You may remember that there was some parts of Cosmodrome which was not accessible coz lvl difference was to big and that was super fun ,again not present in D2) Now when "ship is burning" (and it's burning as we speak) they start to act but unfortunately dlc are already prepared we see how things pans out. I do not expect that ppl will buy dlc to be again disappointed with lack of content (or worst to see that all features was brought back after DLC purchase),Bungie lost its trust in many gamers eyes and as I don't want to game to die it going to be very difficult to turn this around this time . The different roles on weapons was the only reason people kept grinding, this is stupid, got every weapon that means anything, just look at load out of anyone 300 and up, same shit, don't matter what armor you have its all cosmetic, you can have that barbie dream house bull. I want god roles and best gear for hardest tasks

Doing the nightfall was easy (vanilla, dlc1&2) and the weapons and armor you got in there was stuff you could buy with marks (in which there was a limit) and if you were lucky you’d get the god roll, also you could get god roll weapon playing strikes and crucible and random engrams (yes it was grindy but you didn’t earn it you got lucky and it wasn’t even the hardest task). Lastly I’m not defending Bungie. I’m just saying D1 wasn’t all rainbow and sunshine. I agree with you that the best stuff should be for completing the hardest task but being lucky on normal stuff and you’re getting the best rolls doesn’t add up.
