Biggest or best?
Best for me is Shovel Knight. Stands way above anything else I’ve played in recent memory or is a new IP.
Mario + Rabbids is second.
Biggest? PUBG based on sales. 10 million sales in its 2017 release puts it at #9 all time already on PC games sales. With the Xbox release looming it’ll get to 11 million quickly.

My criteria were sales, critical reception, and influence - both with the community/audience, and among fellow developers.

Then I go with PUBG considering clones are already being made the same year it was released.
