What's your age? I feel like fall into millennial. You can't tell me in vanilla you put the game away after a month. I was playing daily (or at least wanting to) until TTK. I'm already done with D2.

 • I did definitely. There was nothing for me to do after the first month. Completed the raid once, had no other content to do besides replaying old things that weren't enjoyable on their own, and rewards at the time were slim to none compared to the time put in. It was pretty much the same as D2 right now: a game you only play at reset. The only real difference Is that 6 weeks into D1 I was still hopeful for the series. Then TDB came out and was terrible, and soon after xur sold the only exotic I really wanted. HOW came out then and was decent but the game was still plagued with several issues. And by TTK, bungie's business practices made sure I never purchased anything destiny related ever again.

 • You had every exotic weapon, completed every activity and got to max light after one month of D1? Bullshit.

 •
You had every exotic weapon, completed every activity and got to max light after one month of D1? Bullshit.
Completed every activity, yes. There wE so little content that it wasn't hard at all to do. Got to max level, no but I didn't really care to. There was little reason to do so aside from the raid, and being lvl 29 was fine for that. And got every exotic? I didn't want every exotic. The only exotic I even wanted was heart of the praxic fire, which I finally got after xur sold it, making all that time i put in grinding pointless towards my endeavor. There was nothing left to do short of replaying content, and I had no desire to do so in a game that doesn't know how to be a loot game.

 • Then you got your moneys worth. There were lots of weapons and gear that took me a very long time to get in D1. Maybe they strung you along with unpredictable rng in D1, but it made exotics and other weapons more rewarding when you finally got them. They made D2 way too easy, which is fine but I still feel like D1 was a better experience.
