I'm with you on that part. Not a fan of grinding at all. However, I understand those who like it. It shouldn't be the nightmare of repeat over and over and over for the right perk, that's a waste of life. However, something for them to grind for, that I don't have to, that's cool by me. As I said before, the world is not fun to explore, nothing to learn or find or experience. I like you, want to play a bit, get on with my life but there is never anything pulling me back to the game. As a person who doesn't grind for gear, that leaves me not bothering.
