I dislike the first part of your changes, sounds WAY too grindy. Maybe moreso than D1, and D1's grind was a soul-sucking hell...

i don't have a certain figure for the materials but i would definitely say that the more rare the item you dismantle, the more materials you gain rough example : whites give 5 per, blues give 15 per, exotics give 25 per ect

They just need to focus on preventing dupes, and increasing chances to obtain items you didnt obtain in previous packs. I want the Titan warlock cloak, but i cant get it to drop >:C
