To join write your psn name down below in the comment section. Its a closed clan so only the best of the best can join. You don't need the weapon coldheart to be able to join but if you do you have a better shot. We do weekly events and dominate crucible. Good luck and remember not everyone can join so make your best application in the comments. Inactive clan members wont be kicked so once your in your in. You may leave but if you do so you will no longer be welcome in the clan. If your in the clan you can recommend a friend and he/she has a better chance to join. Also best of the best doesn't mean good gear. Its based off of reaction timing and skill.
