Where is this friendship stuff coming from? Was it in a TWAB a couple weeks back?

DeeJ said he's grateful for the friends he's made over the years and friendship is the greatest loot. Unfortunately the forums are kinda assholes so they took it out of context and made it seem like DeeJ and bungie want friendship to replace actual in game loot
