Back in vanilla destiny hunters actually had the fastest sprint speed even without using the blade dancer mode that gave you max sprint speed. They only changed it because people started complaining about hunters being able to put run the tankiest class in the game and a history nerd running around in a dress lol. I personally think it's kind of ridiculous that the class with the highest resilience and armor can outrun the class with the least resilience and armor if they have the mida equipped.
