You answered it yourself. Hunter arcstrider, way of the wind skill tree, st0mp-335, and a gun or quick fang to increase movement speed.
Blink will actually slow you down in the long run, it just feels like you're faster.
Glad titans lost skating too. Was absurd having the heavy tank class move faster than everyone else while still being able to max armor and recovery

He took the exact same amount of time to run it with the Quickfang and Stompees as he did without, he said the only difference was the jump height. Titan can also still skate, I do it all the time, just hit your jump right after the apex of your jump and you will glide along a few feet above the ground.
